Returns made easy!
We know that returning items can sometimes be a hassle, but don’t worry – we’ve made the process as simple and stress-free as possible!
It’s as easy as this:
- Original packaging: Please return your items in their original packaging to ensure everything arrives safely.
- 14 days: The goods must arrive at our location within 14 days.
- Defective items? If there’s a problem with your item, just contact our customer service. We’re happy to help!
Important to note:
- To ensure everything goes smoothly: Make sure not to remove the stickers and labels and keep the clothing clean. Worn or soiled items as well as sale products cannot be returned.
Your return process:

Create return: Simply visit our returns portal to create your return.
- Costs: The return costs only €8.99 (within Germany), which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds made easy:
Once your return has arrived, we will process it within 5-7 business days. After that, it will only take another 4-6 business days for the refund to reach you!
The return shipping costs vary by country and will be deducted directly from your refund.
Important: Returns without registration will not be accepted
If you send a return without prior registration and without using the official return label, it may lead to issues. Here’s what could happen:
- No acceptance: Returns that are sent without prior registration and without the official return label will not be accepted by us.
- No refund: Since the return is not recorded in our system, we cannot assign or process it, meaning no refund will be issued.
- Delays: If the package still arrives, it cannot be processed due to the lack of registration.
To ensure that your return is processed correctly and quickly, please always register it in advance through our online portal and use the provided return label. This helps us process everything smoothly and get your refund to you as quickly as possible.
Important: Use of the official return label
To ensure that your return is processed smoothly and promptly, using our official return label is essential. If you use your own label for the return, the following issues may arise:

No assignment: Without the official label, it may be difficult for our warehouse team to assign your return to your customer account. This means we cannot process the return.

No refund: Returns made without our official return label will not be accepted. In such cases, we cannot grant a refund.

Liability for loss: If you use your own label and the shipment is lost on its way to us, you as the customer assume full liability. In this case, no refund can be issued.
What happens with undeliverable shipments?
If a shipment returns to us due to an address error or non-collection, we will be happy to resend it to you. Please note that additional shipping costs will need to be paid for this. Alternatively, you can cancel the order – we will then deduct a processing fee equal to the incurred shipping costs from your refund.
